Key Responsibilities:-

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with referring doctors.

- Promote the hospital's IVF and women's healthcare services professionally.

- Generate patient referrals (DRP) and contribute to OPU targets.

- Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR) and maintain accurate records of doctor visits.

- Coordinate with the marketing and hospital teams for referral follow-ups.

- Conduct market surveys and identify recent referral opportunities.

- Represent the hospital in medical events, CMEs, camps, and awareness programs whenever required.

- Maintain professional communication and uphold the hospital's reputation.





- Achieve monthly referral and performance targets.

Eligibility:-

- Graduate in any discipline. Specially B Pharma, BSC

- 1–3 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Medical Representative (MR), Healthcare Field Sales, or Public Relations preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
