Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Junior Business Consultant with strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent understanding of business needs and translating them into functional requirements.

In addition to consultant responsibilities, the candidate should possess a commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services that deliver additional value to clients. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and industry exposure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed client discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and convert them into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements aligned with ERP best practices.
- Create process maps, workflows, use cases, and business process models.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, development teams, QA teams, and solution architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and ensure complete understanding of client expectations.
- Support ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives across various business functions.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, enhancements,



and solutions that can add business value to clients.
- Contribute to cross-selling and up-selling efforts through consultative client engagement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project requirements effectively across all levels.
- Assist in solution demonstrations, proposal discussions, and client presentations when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Junior Business Consultant, preferably within ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in client requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Odoo, or similar ERP solutions.
- Experience in business process modeling and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong industrial/manufacturing domain exposure is highly preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
