Orion Water Treatment is on the lookout for a dedicated Field Sales Officer to join our Sales team in Chennai. This full-time, hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing innovative water treatment solutions in the graphic design and web design industry.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services and solutions, enhancing our reputation in the industry and fulfilling our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders




- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the water treatment or related industry
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients
- Experience in a hybrid working environment is a plus
