About Us

Brain Light Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Behavioral Therapy, and Early Intervention services. We support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delay, Speech & Language Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Hearing Impairment, Learning Disabilities, and other developmental conditions.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and skilled Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help children improve their communication, speech, language, feeding, and social interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
- Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions.
- Work with children experiencing speech delays, language disorders, articulation disorders, stammering/stuttering, voice disorders, oral motor difficulties, feeding challenges, and social communication difficulties.
- Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment, and other developmental conditions.
- Maintain therapy notes, progress reports, and assessment documentation.
- Counsel and train parents on home programs and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators,



Psychologists, and other professionals for multidisciplinary intervention.
- Participate in case discussions, parent meetings, and clinical reviews.
- Maintain therapy materials, equipment, and a child-friendly therapy setting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders.
- Excellent assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and parent counselling abilities.
- Ability to engage children through play-based and evidence-based interventions.
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach.
- Good computer skills for maintaining reports and records.

Qualifications

- BASLP or MASLP from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred, where applicable.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Experience in pediatric therapy centers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or special schools will be preferred.
