- Mechanical assembly of electrical control panels, PLC panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, and automation panels.
- Mounting and fitting of electrical components as per layout drawings.
- Panel enclosure modification including drilling, cutting, tapping, and gland plate preparation.
- Busbar cutting, bending, drilling, and installation.
- Reading and understanding mechanical drawings and panel layouts.
- Ensuring proper alignment and finishing of panel assemblies.
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Maintaining quality standards, safety practices, and production targets.
- Assisting in panel testing, packing, and dispatch activities when required.
- Coordinating with wiring and quality teams for smooth project execution.
