Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, AI-first Digital Marketing Executive / Intern who will help build Metaphi's brand, create high-quality content, manage our digital presence, and support lead generation through organic digital marketing.

This role combines content marketing, SEO, social media, website management, creative design, video editing, branding, and marketing analytics into one growth-oriented position.

If you enjoy writing, storytelling, designing, creating videos, experimenting with AI, and learning how technology businesses grow, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in up-to-date B2B digital marketing.

You will be part of the Business Development Team, working from our Mumbai Office based out in Ghatkopar East. from Monday to Saturday - 930am to 630pm, 2nd & 4th Saturdays will be holiday.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Marketing Strategy

- Assist in planning monthly and quarterly marketing activities.
- Understand customer personas and target industries.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Develop content themes aligned with business goals.
- Support campaigns for services and SaaS products.
- Maintain consistency across all digital marketing initiatives.

2. Content Marketing

Create high-quality content for:

3. Founder Branding

Collaborate with leadership to:

- Capture ideas and business insights.
- Convert discussions into thought leadership content.
- Write LinkedIn posts.
- Create articles.
- Prepare newsletter content.
- Draft video scripts.
- Build personal brand visibility for the Founder.

4. Website Management

Maintain and improve the company website by:

- Updating service pages.
- Updating product pages.
- Creating landing pages.
- Publishing blogs.
- Uploading case studies.
- Improving user experience.
- Ensuring content accuracy.
- Coordinating website improvements with internal teams.

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Support organic growth through:

- Keyword research.
- On-page SEO.
- Meta titles and descriptions.
- Internal linking.
- Content optimization.
- Search Console monitoring.
- SEO performance tracking.
- Identifying new ranking opportunities.

6. Social Media Marketing

Manage Metaphi's digital presence across:

- LinkedIn

- Google Business Profile

8. Video Creation & Editing
