We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic IT team. As a Technical Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients and internal teams with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective support for our products and services while ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, addressing software issues.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and service requests in a detailed and organized manner within the support ticketing system.




- Provide product information, user guides, and training to clients to enhance their user experience.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or other departments when necessary.
- Monitor and track support requests, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology updates, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades, patches, and other IT initiatives.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
