We are hiring for HR Manager for Manufacturing Industry

Location: Erode

Experience: 8–12 Years

Salary: Upto 7.2 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

# Manage end-to-end HR operations for a manufacturing workforce of approximately 700 employees.

# Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable labor laws.

# Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, systems, processes, and SOPs.

# Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, including manpower planning, employee cost budgeting, and workforce forecasting.

# Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.

# Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and ensure timely processing of statutory deductions.

# Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation,



and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

# Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and foster positive industrial and employee relations.

# Support organizational development initiatives, succession planning, and workforce planning.

# Coordinate statutory audits, labor inspections, and ensure timely submission of all compliance reports and returns.

# Track HR KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to management for decision-making.

# Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.

# Collaborate with department heads to address manpower requirements and improve employee productivity.

# Drive employee welfare, training & development, and a positive workplace culture.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
