Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Production Assistant to manage and support overall production activities in our herbal manufacturing unit. The role includes handling production processes, coordinating workers, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle overall production activities in the manufacturing unit
- Support and monitor product making process from start to finish
- Coordinate and manage production staff and labor activities
- Allot daily work to production employees based on production plan
- Ensure production targets are completed on time
- Monitor workflow and maintain smooth production operations
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products
- Follow SOP, GMP,



and safety procedures during production
- Monitor cleanliness and discipline in production area
- Report production status and issues to management
- Support machine operation and production planning when required

Requirements:

- Any Degree / Diploma
- Knowledge of manufacturing and production process
- Positive leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to handle workers and production activities
- Basic documentation and MS Excel knowledge preferred
