### Key Responsibilities

* Design *2D & 3D CAD models* of lithium-ion battery packs and mechanical components using *SolidWorks*.

* Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, *BOMs (Bill of Materials)*, and maintain drawing revisions.

* Design battery enclosures, busbars, brackets, fixtures, and assemblies with DFM principles.

* Coordinate with production and R&D; teams to implement design improvements.

* Manage vendors for fabrication, sheet metal, CNC machining, laser cutting, and prototype development.

* Ensure drawings and manufactured parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.

### Requirements

* Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in *SolidWorks*.

* Robust knowledge of 2D drafting, 3D modelling, BOM preparation, and manufacturing drawings.

* Experience in vendor management and prototype development.

* Experience in EV, battery packs, or automotive products is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,165.35 - ₹20,000.00 per month
