Job Description

- Lead and strategize the legal function, overseeing the drafting, review, and negotiation of all high-value and complex legal agreements .
- Develop and implement the company's litigation strategy, managing all critical disputes, and directing external counsels .
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to senior management, providing strategic counsel on all significant corporate, property, and regulatory matters to guide business decisions .
- Direct all high-stakes property transactions, including due diligence, acquisition, and leasing .
- Formulate, implement, and enforce company-wide legal policies, compliance frameworks, and corporate governance standards to mitigate risk .
- Represent the company in crucial negotiations with business partners, government bodies, and regulatory authorities .
- Manage the legal department's budget, resources, and team,
