Looking for Senior Executive Direct & Indirect Tax

Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in taxation, preferably in a consulting firm or corporate tax environment.

Location: (3 days at Worli office & 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Tax

Preparation and review support for withholding tax (TDS) compliances.

Preparation and filing of income tax returns.

Assistance in tax assessments, notices, and departmental correspondences.

Reconciliation of tax records and maintenance of tax documentation.

Coordination with internal stakeholders for tax-related data and information.

Indirect Tax (GST)

Preparation and filing of GST returns and annual compliances.

GST reconciliations including GSTR-2B, GSTR-1 and books of accounts.

Assistance in GST assessments, audits, notices, and departmental queries.

Review of GST implications on transactions and vendor/customer tax compliance.

Maintenance of GST records and supporting documentation.

General Responsibilities





Liaising with Finance and Accounts teams for timely collection of information.

Ensuring timely completion of compliance activities and adherence to statutory deadlines.

Preparation of tax workings, reconciliations, MIS reports, and compliance trackers.

Supporting management in tax-related projects and process improvements.

Desired Skills

Positive working knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems/ERP.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Industry Experience

Media, advertising, shared services, consulting, or large corporate environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
