Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Café Chef (Italian Cuisine) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in preparing authentic Italian dishes and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, risotto, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers.
- Develop and maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices as per food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for ingredient requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in menu planning and introduce recent Italian café dishes and seasonal specials.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service during peak hours.




- Follow standard recipes and maintain portion control.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Production, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years as a Chef, Commis, or Café Chef specializing in Italian Cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI/HACCP preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
