Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and experienced MEP Engineers / MEP Supervisors to oversee the planning, execution, supervision, coordination, and quality control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in project execution, site supervision, contractor coordination, installation, testing & commissioning, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Supervise installation works and inspect them for compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and site inventory.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company HSE policies.

Required Qualifications

- MEP Engineer: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- MEP Supervisor: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant technical qualification).

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Drainage, LT/HT Electrical Systems, DG Sets,



and ELV Systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures.
- Understanding of NBC, IS Codes, IEC, NFPA, and local statutory regulations.
- BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity verification.
- Project planning, contractor coordination, and site supervision.

Software Skills

For MEP Engineer:

- AutoCAD
- Revit MEP
- MS Excel
- MS Project
- Primavera P6 (Preferred)
- Navisworks (Preferred)

For MEP Supervisor:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
