Job Summary

SocialPost Digital Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, and social media trends. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, YouTube, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and corporate videos.
- Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure videos are delivered within deadlines while maintaining high production quality.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic visual effects.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and platform-specific content formats.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files efficiently.
- Optimize videos for different digital platforms and screen sizes.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Valuable sense of timing, pacing, and audio synchronization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Editing, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent editing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or social media content creation will be an added advantage.
