Plan, coordinate, and execute civil & interior projects from initiation to handover.

Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.

Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.

Manage material procurement and inventory control.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and internal teams.

Identify risks and resolve in office issues effectively.

Minimum Graduation
1-3 years
Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior fit-out works.

Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).

Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
