Must Have Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Basic configuration and implementation knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce REST APIs and external integrations.

Solid programming knowledge of:



o Apex o SOQL o SOSL o Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Visualforce Experience working with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled Apex).

Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.

Exposure to deployment activities across Salesforce environments.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
