Location: Chandigarh (On-site) Experience: 3-6 Years Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house content production team.

You will work closely with the Lead Producer and the Video Producer & Cinematographer to transform approved concepts into high-quality, platform-ready content while maintaining the highest creative and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Creative Packaging Own the end-to-end editing workflow for product films, performance marketing campaigns, social media content, podcasts, founder videos, educational content and brand campaigns.

Craft compelling stories with solid pacing, hooks, retention-focused editing and platform-specific optimisation.

Maintain brand consistency across edits, typography, transitions, music, graphics and overall visual language.

Collaborate with the Lead Producer to translate creative direction into polished final content.

Organise projects with clean timelines, version control and structured file management.

Prepare platform-ready exports across Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads and other digital channels.

Motion Graphics, VFX & Finishing Design and animate product callouts, titles, lower thirds, packaging animations, explainer graphics and kinetic typography.

Perform green screen keying, compositing, motion tracking, object cleanup and basic visual effects.

Execute professional colour correction, colour grading and skin tone balancing while maintaining product colour accuracy.

Enhance dialogue through audio cleanup, balancing and basic sound design using music, ambience and sound effects.

Retouch product images and marketing creatives whenever required.

Build and maintain reusable templates, LUTs, motion presets, graphics, transitions and creative asset libraries.

Requirements Technical Skills Must Have: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,



Illustrator and Lightroom.

Good to Have: DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Cinema 4D, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Topaz AI or similar AI-assisted creative tools.

Strong understanding of storytelling, motion graphics, compositing, colour grading, sound design and platform-specific content packaging.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver premium quality edits with minimal revision cycles.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all published content.

Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality.

Produce high-quality motion graphics and visual effects where required.

Ensure accurate colour, clean audio and platform-ready exports.

Maintain organised project files and continuously improve the post-production asset library.

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory) Applicants must share a portfolio including commercial edits, short-form content, motion graphics, product campaigns and any VFX or compositing work.

Graduation
4-5 years
• Must Have: Sony Camera Ecosystem, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Media Encoder.

• Good to Have: Adobe Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve and basic After Effects.

• Strong understanding of cinematography, product photography, beauty lighting and green screen production.
