Position: HR Generalist
Location: Cochin
Qualification:MBA
Experience: 5- 6 years of experience in Plant HR domain
Salary : Upto 6.5 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, ensuring statutory and customer audit compliance, coordinating IATF audits, driving employee engagement and motivational initiatives, managing employee grievances, and facilitating seamless onboarding and orientation for new joiners
* Coordinate structured onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of current employees.
* Manage statutory compliance audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
* Support headcount (HC) forecasting, workforce planning,



and annual HC budgeting in line with business requirements.
* Plan and execute employee welfare, engagement, and motivational initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
* Handle employee grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring fair resolution and positive employee relations.
* Coordinate and conduct induction and orientation programs to ensure the smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
* Any other responsibilities that the Management may entrust from time to time
