We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-Senior Structural Engineer (Marine & Offshore) to lead advanced structural analysis, design, and technical execution across the full project lifecycle for Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities Perform advanced structural analysis and design for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, sub-sea systems) Conduct structural calculations (ULS, FLS, ALS) using tools like STAAD Pro and SACS Lead project sub-packages and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.

Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools Execute marine engineering tasks: lifting, load-out, transportation, and sea-fastening analysis Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval) Communicate with clients and stakeholders to meet technical requirements Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ISO, DNV, AISC) Review and validate drawings, calculations, and reports Mentor junior engineers and maintain engineering documentation Requirements Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical, Marine, or Civil Engineering 37 years experience in Oil & Gas / Offshore / Marine projects Proficiency in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD (mandatory) Solid experience in structural analysis and offshore design Preferred Skills Knowledge of SESAM, ANSYS,



or similar advanced tools Experience in offshore installation and marine operations Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills Familiarity with international structural codes and standards Good communication and teamwork abilities

Experienced
BTech in a related discipline or Bachelor’s in Business Administration; MBA preferred.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development within the Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine sectors.

Proven track record in acquiring and managing B2B clients within technical and engineering environments.

Preferred experience dealing with EPC contractors, shipyards, refineries, or industrial clients.

Strong understanding of engineering services, project life cycles, and industrial business practices.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online lead generation.

Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales acquisition, customer engagement, and account management.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits and business development activities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to meet goals.
