Description

We are a premium tableware manufacturer seeking a Ceramics Designer to drive new product development and lead surface decoration using Kerajet digital ceramic printing.

The role blends creative product styling with technical expertise in ceramic materials, print workflows, and production-ready specification to deliver high-quality tableware collections from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Develop and prepare digital artwork for Kerajet printing.

Assist Senior Designers in all customer design developments and internal design projects.

Create new surface designs, patterns and décor concepts based on market trends and customer requirements.

Develop new product collections, with a target of introducing at least two production-feasible collections every year.

Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Sample teams during product development to ensure that designs are suitable for mass production.

Prepare production-ready artwork and maintain all design documentation.

Support exhibitions, customer presentations, and new product development initiatives whenever required.

Conduct high-resolution photoshoots of product collections and provide quality images to the Marketing Team and for customer presentations, catalogues, and other promotional requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Design, Ceramics,



Product Design or a related field.
Proven experience in new product development within ceramics, tableware or surface-decorated products, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
Hands-on experience with Kerajet digital ceramic printing or similar digital ceramic printers.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; experience with CorelDRAW is an advantage.
Excellent communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability and commitment to delivering premium-quality products on schedule.
