Role: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) Full-Time Paid Internship.

Duration: 12-month structured internship program.

Department: Engineering & Operations.

Industry Exposure: Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, and EV Charging Infrastructure.

Training Location: Waidhan, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.

Reporting: Directly to the Department Head / Reporting Manager.

Compensation & Advantages Internship Stipend / Salary Structure The internship compensation has been thoughtfully structured to provide a Gross Monthly Stipend of 12,000, inclusive of Basic Stipend, HRA, Special Allowance, and Conveyance/Travel Allowance.

This comprehensive stipend package reflects the organization's commitment to supporting interns during their professional learning and development journey.

Statutory Compliance Salary / Stipend shall be processed in accordance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory regulations.

Salary / Stipend will be credited on a monthly basis through bank transfer.





Career Progression After Successful Completion of 12-Month Internship Eligible candidates demonstrating strong performance, professionalism, and organizational fit may be offered a Full Time Employment Opportunity.

Expected Monthly Salary: 15,000 18,000 (Subject to performance evaluation and company policy.) After Successful Completion of 2 Years with the Company Employees demonstrating consistent performance, technical competence, leadership potential, and business contribution may be considered for salary progression.

Expected Monthly Salary: 19,000 22,000 (Subject to annual performance appraisal, business requirements, and company policy.)
