About Client: Top 10 Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company having API, Formulation and Biologics business.

Role Purpose
Responsible for production planning, material planning, inventory control, and coordination of manufacturing activities to ensure timely production and dispatch in API manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on demand forecasts and plant capacity.
* Ensure timely availability of raw materials, solvents, intermediates, and packing materials.
* Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution of plans.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, slow/non-moving inventory, and optimize inventory turnover.
* Track production schedule adherence, dispatch planning, and customer delivery commitments.
* Generate MIS reports related to production planning, inventory, and capacity utilization.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Drive process improvements for better planning efficiency and operational performance.
* Work on ERP/SAP systems for planning, inventory management, and reporting.
