Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various financial systems and platforms.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).

Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver timely, accurate insights.

Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, including product performance, customer behavior, and revenue forecasting.

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in financial data to inform business decisions.

Support the creation of monthly/quarterly business reviews with executive leadership.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Continuously improve analytical processes and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency.

Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

02 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role within financial services or technology.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.





Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Familiarity with statistical analysis and basic predictive modeling techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of financial products, services, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, KYC, AML) is a plus.
MBA/ PGDM

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school.

Experience: 20+ years in corporate sales, institutional leasing, or real estate investment.

Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
