is looking for an experienced Factory HR skilled to manage end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Barasat (Sondalia), Kolkata.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on Factory HR experience in the Plywood Industry and possess a strong understanding of factory HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities Manage complete HR operations for the factory workforce.

Handle recruitment of blue-collar workers, supervisors, staff, and factory executives.

Conduct employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift rosters.

Coordinate payroll inputs with the Head Office payroll team.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic enquiries.





Maintain healthy industrial relations and promote a positive work environment.

Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.

Work closely with factory management on manpower planning and workforce optimization.

Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams to ensure employee safety and statutory compliance.

Support internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance.

Implement HR policies and organizational initiatives at the factory level.
