Urgent Hiring | HR Executive

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: Graduate (HR or any relevant discipline)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in the sustainability and renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain employee records and HR documentation (physical & digital)

✅ Update employee data in HRMS and ERP systems

✅ Assist with monthly payroll inputs (attendance & leave data)

✅ Manage biometric attendance and leave records

✅ Support recruitment activities including interview coordination and onboarding documentation

✅ Handle HR operations and administrative tasks

Required Skills:

Experience with HRMS and MS Excel

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint





Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
