Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare BOQs, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Verify site measurements with site engineers.
- Review quantities, item rates, and billing accuracy.
- Check and certify vendor and contractor bills/invoices.
- Ensure work follows company procedures and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.
- Maintain accurate quantity, billing, and project documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
