Role Overview

Vision PR is looking for a highly creative and performance-oriented Video Editor who can create high-impact video content for social media, ad campaigns, and brand promotions.

The candidate must understand:

- Social media trends
- Short-form content strategy
- Audience engagement psychology

Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Ads & promotional campaigns
- Create:
- Rapid-paced, engaging, and high-retention videos
- Work on:
- Corporate videos
- Real estate promotions
- Political campaign content

2. Trend-Based Content Execution

- Stay updated with:
- Viral trends
- Audio trends
- Editing styles
- Quickly adapt trends into client content
- Suggest new video ideas regularly

3. Creative Direction Support

- Collaborate with marketing team for:
- Campaign concepts
- Content planning
- Add creative inputs in:
- Storytelling
- Transitions
- Visual effects

Technical Execution

- Use professional tools like:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Final Cut Pro (optional)
- Work with:
- Motion graphics
- Sound design
- Color correction
