Job Summary

Blulines is hiring passionate and motivated Business Development Executives to promote our educational programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, student counselling, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact prospective students and parents through calls and WhatsApp.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

* Maintain CRM and daily lead reports.

* Achieve monthly admission targets.

* Coordinate with the academic and operations teams.

* Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.





* Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
