Job Summary

The Tracking Executive is responsible for monitoring vehicles and shipments in transit, ensuring timely updates to customers and internal teams, coordinating with drivers and transporters, and resolving transit-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Track vehicles and shipments using GPS and transport management systems.
- Monitor shipment movement from pickup to final delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and branch offices for real-time updates.
- Provide timely shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify delays, route deviations, breakdowns, or other transit issues and escalate them promptly.
- Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) is collected and shared with the concerned teams.
- Maintain accurate tracking records and prepare daily movement reports.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service,



and warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and customer-specific requirements.
- Handle customer queries related to shipment status professionally.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
