Social Media Strategy

- Develop platform-specific social media strategies.
- Create monthly and quarterly content plans.
- Align campaigns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content Planning & Publishing

- Prepare social media content calendars.
- Coordinate content creation with graphic designers and content writers.
- Publish and schedule posts across social media platforms.
- Ensure content consistency and quality.

Community Management

- Monitor comments, messages, and user interactions.
- Respond to customer queries and engagement requests.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
- Build and maintain positive online communities.

Brand Management

- Ensure consistent brand identity across platforms.
- Monitor brand mentions and audience sentiment.
- Protect and strengthen brand reputation.
- Support online reputation management initiatives.

Campaign Coordination

- Coordinate organic social media campaigns.
- Support paid campaign creatives in collaboration with the PPC Specialist.
- Work with the SEO Specialist to align content with SEO objectives.




- Coordinate with development teams for campaign landing pages when required.

Performance Monitoring

- Monitor engagement and reach.
- Analyze audience behavior.
- Track campaign performance.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain and update:

- Content calendars
- Publishing schedules
- Campaign reports
- Engagement reports
- Monthly performance reports
- Competitor analysis reports
