Hiring: Commi I
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes as per recipes and quality standards
- Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation and service
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen
- Support stock management and kitchen organization
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Commi I or similar role
- Knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, and Continental cuisines
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
