Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and identify emerging social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for timely delivery of creatives.
- Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Build and manage online communities to improve brand engagement.
- Handle basic Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring reviews, comments, and customer feedback.
- Identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Assist in planning influencer campaigns and maintaining influencer databases.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and share actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication.

Required Skills





- Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and community management.
- Basic understanding of ORM and customer engagement.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into content ideas.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Freshers with robust internship experience or candidates with 6–8 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
