Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
· Meet with potential clients to understand their property requirements and present suitable options
· Conduct site visits and property tours with clients to showcase projects effectively
· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability
· Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
· Collaborate with marketing and telecalling teams to convert leads into successful sales
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends
· Stay updated on real estate market developments, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
