About the Role

Address Men’s Apparel is hiring motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives for our retail stores. We are looking for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, building relationships, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and understand their shopping requirements.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions by explaining product features and benefits.
- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing support and provide assistance with exchanges or after-sales queries.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and well-organized.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
- 0 - 2+ years of experience in retail sales is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team workplace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
