Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage the overall operations of a high-volume Injection Moulding Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in plant operations, production management, quality systems, maintenance, supply chain, customer management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete Injection Moulding plant operations.
- Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Stores, and Safety functions.
- Handle and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers.
- Drive plant productivity, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
- Responsible for P&L; Management and EBITDA improvement.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, delivery, and safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and cost.
- Develop strategies for capacity utilization and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams and build a high-performance work culture.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

- Strong experience in Injection Moulding Operations.
- Experience handling OEM customers.
- Expertise in Production Planning & Control.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Strong Maintenance and Plant Engineering knowledge.
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma.
- Cost Reduction and Productivity Improvement.
- P&L; Management and Budget Control.
- Supply Chain Management.
- Leadership and Team Management.
- Decision Making and Problem Solving.
- Excellent Communication Skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 15–20 years of experience in Injection Moulding Manufacturing.
- Proven experience as Plant Head, Factory Head, Operations Head, or Manufacturing Head.
- Strong exposure to OEM customer management.
- Experience in driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple plant functions effectively.
- Age Limit: Up to 58 Years.
