WhatsApp Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a WhatsApp Automation Specialist to manage and execute automated communication workflows using WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or similar platforms. This is a part time, remote position ideal for individuals experienced in chatbot workflows, automation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage WhatsApp automation workflows using tools like Twilio, Gupshup, or WATI

- Integrate WhatsApp automation with CRMs, websites, and internal tools

- Create templates for automated messages (order confirmations, reminders, customer support)

- Monitor and optimize performance for higher engagement and conversion





- Work with content and support teams to ensure consistency in communication

- Stay up to date with WhatsApp Business policies and best practices

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, Gupshup, WATI, or similar platforms

- Knowledge of automation logic, chatbot flows, and trigger-based messaging

- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Integromat, or Make.com is a plus

- Basic technical knowledge (APIs, webhooks, CRMs)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with marketing automation or customer support workflows preferred
