Job Title: HR Executive
Industry: Automobile Dealership
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–5 Years (Automobile Dealership Experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, technician, CRM, and back-office positions.
- Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and manpower planning.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS reports, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, performance tracking, and probation confirmations.
- Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and Labour Laws.
- Experience in handling blue-collar and sales workforce recruitment.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
