About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our CA firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring timely updates of accounting data. This role requires strong knowledge of bookkeeping, Tally and financial reporting, along with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments and other accounting transactions.
- Maintain and regularly update accounting records and databases.
- Perform bookkeeping activities and ensure accurate recording of financial data.
- Manage and update accounts in Tally on a daily basis.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for collection of accounting information and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com),



Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 – 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm or professional services environment.
- Robust working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping principles, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
