- Policy Sales & Renewals: Sell current motor insurance policies for vehicle buyers and follow up proactively on upcoming or expired vehicle insurance renewals.
- Customer Guidance: Explain policy coverage, premiums, add-ons (like zero depreciation or engine protection), and claim processes to customers.
- Claim Coordination: Assist customers and workshop teams with accident claims, document verification, and coordinate with surveyors or insurance representatives.
- Documentation & Processing: Prepare quotes, manage KYC documents, process policy endorsements, and keep daily Management Information System (MIS) reports updated.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly goals for insurance renewal conversion rates, workshop penetration, and gross revenue.
