We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to manage all law enforcement agency (LEA) matters for our fintech company. The successful candidate will serve as the primary legal point of contact for requests from law enforcement and regulatory authorities, ensuring that the company responds in a timely, lawful, and privacy-compliant manner while protecting customer rights and the organization's legal interests.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary legal contact for all law enforcement requests, including subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, production orders, and other legal process.
- Review, assess, and respond to LEA requests in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal obligations relating to customer data disclosure, privacy, financial crime investigations, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, Information Security, Data Privacy, Customer Operations, and Engineering teams to facilitate lawful responses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
