Job Summary**

**The Senior Analyst – OneStream XF is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and enhancement of the OneStream platform, supporting financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.**

**This role works closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and optimized OneStream solutions, focusing on automation, standardization, data integrity, and performance improvement.

The individual acts as a subject matter expert (SME) and contributes to continuous system and process enhancements.**

**II.

Key Responsibilities**

**1.

Application Support & Operations**

+ **Provide day-to-day support for the OneStream XF platform including issue resolution and service requests**
+ **Monitor system performance, availability, and data processing**
+ **Coordinate with OneStream support/vendor for escalations and fixes**

**2.

Configuration & Development**

+ **Configure and maintain OneStream components including:**
+ **Business Rules (Finance/Extender)**
+ **Security setup**
+ **Dimensions and metadata management**
+ **Data sources and transformation rules**
+ **Workflow channels and workflow profiles**
+ **Forms, Cube Views, Dashboards, and Dashboard artifacts**
+ **Data Management and Quick Views**
+ **Translate business requirements into system design and technical solutions**
+ **Perform impact analysis and implement enhancements aligned to business needs**

**3.

Financial Processes Support**

+ **Support and enhance:**
+ **Financial Consolidation and Close processes**
+ **Planning and forecasting models**
+ **Align system configurations and calculations to business processes**
+ **Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting**

**4.

Data Management & Reconciliation**

+ **Manage data loads, transformations, and validations**




+ **Perform data reconciliation between OneStream and source systems (Oracle Fusion)**
+ **Ensure strict adherence to data governance and integrity standards**

**5.

Release & Change Management**

+ **Support system releases, upgrades, and patches**
+ **Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support**
+ **Ensure minimal business disruption during deployments**

**6.

Reporting & Analytics**

+ **Design and maintain:**
+ **Financial reports**
+ **Dashboards and Cube Views**
+ **Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests**

**7.

Stakeholder Collaboration**

+ **Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements**
+ **Act as a bridge between technical and functional stakeholders**
+ **Provide expert guidance on OneStream capabilities and best practices**

**8.

Continuous Improvement**

+ **Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities**
+ **Drive standardization of finance processes within OneStream**
+ **Stay updated with latest OneStream XF features and releases**

**9.

Knowledge Management**

+ **Act as OneStream SME within the team**
+ **Mentor junior team members and share best practices**
+ **Create documentation, user guides, and training materials**

**III.

Supervisory Responsibilities**

+ **No direct reports**
+ **Provide mentoring and technical guidance**
+ **May lead small initiatives or projects**

Qualifications**

**Education**

**B.

Tech / B.E. / MCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent**

**Experience**

+ **Minimum 5+ years of experience with OneStream XF**
+ **Candidates with 4+ years may be considered if they demonstrate strong expertise in OneStream**
+ **Experience in Finance application support and enhancements**

+ **Strong hands-on experience in:**

+ **Data integration and transformation rules**
+ **Workflow setup and management**

+ **Data Management and Quick Views**
+ **Experience in:**
+ **Supporting and enhancing OneStream Planning models**
+ **Financial Close and Consolidation processes**

**Functional Knowledge**

+ **Solid understanding of:**
+ **Finance and Accounting processes**
+ **Financial consolidation and reporting**
+ **Data flows across finance systems**

Work Setting**
