About the Role

Scaler is looking for energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates to join its sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right upskilling programs. You will play a key role in driving enrollments while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable Scaler programs.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (LSQ preferred).
- Deliver a customer-first experience throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility Criteria Must Have

- 0–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT Services.




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM.

Good to Have

- Experience in the K12 or Higher Education/EdTech domain.
- Experience selling technology-based products or services.
- Experience handling a ticket size of ₹50,000 or above.
