Job Description – Purchase Executive

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, and ensure timely purchasing of materials as per approved requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of material deliveries, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), vendor invoices, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with the O&M; and Stores departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and timely delivery of materials.




- Verify purchase documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approved budgets.
- Resolve vendor-related issues such as delayed deliveries, shortages, and invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and record-keeping.
- Prepare purchase reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Perform other procurement and purchase-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of procurement and purchase processes.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/Purchase Management Software.
- Good documentation and record management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
