- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Hands‑on experience in testing and inspection of HT/LT panels, transformers, or compact substations.
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems and electrical safety standards.
- Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Candidates with exposure to vendor quality management and field inspection will be preferred.
- Implement and monitor quality standards for panels and compact substations.
- Conduct inspection of raw materials, in‑process assemblies, and final products.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, test reports, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to IEC/IS standards and customer specifications.
- Support internal and external audits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
