Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finance Executive – Accounts Receivable to oversee customer invoicing, collections, and receivables management. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to ensure timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships. Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Allocate customer receipts and maintain accurate AR records.
- Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and collection updates.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure accurate billing.




- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper financial documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.
- Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
