Job Title: Sales Coordinator – After Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator – After Sales to manage post-sales activities, ensure smooth customer coordination, and support the sales team in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle after-sales processes including order follow-ups and customer coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and accounts
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales data, and documentation
- Ensure timely invoice coordination and payment follow-ups
- Support the sales team with documentation,



quotations, and order processing

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination or after-sales support
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
