Key Responsibilities

- Procure biomedical equipment, spare parts, consumables, and related materials.
- Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Resolve supplier, invoice, and delivery-related issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the medical equipment/healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of biomedical equipment and medical consumables is preferred.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
