Qualifications

- Experience in product development tasks like – concept/design/produce/support
- Should have good industry experience in end-to-end product design and development
- Should have good experience in designing products meeting global standards in terms of – quality, cost and schedule
- Good experience in usage of latest lean and clean technologies
- Hands-on experience in design and development of components/sub-systems and systems
- Proven experience in designing of products in the field of Aerospace, Defense, Automotive ,Transportation, Energy and Industrial system domain
- Ability to work in large teams, across departments and groups
- Proven capabilities in the field of Reduced-Time-To-Market
- Ability to develop vendors such that total-turn-around-time for the product development is less
- Positive understanding of tool design/methods development/tooling standards/manufacturing standards/latest manufacturing technologies, try-outs, lean manufacturing methods etc
- Exposure to industry standard verification & validation methods
- Knowledge of industry Best Practices & Standards




- Experience in using OEM specific tools and methods

The Ideal Candidate

- Excellent communication skills is necessary – interpersonal & customer related
- Good skills as a Team Player and ability to work in large teams
- Ability to learn, improve and develop others in the Team
- 2-10 years of industry experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Civil/Structural Engineering is essential & MBA will be an added advantage (for sales/marketing/management positions)
- Experience working with Global clients and Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
- Positions are available at all levels i,e engineers/leads/experts/developers etc
- Willingness to work anywhere in India and overseas
- Proven experience in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement is an added advantage
- Professionals with higher experience can apply for the specific positions for the technical and managerial positions
