Key Responsibilities

- Programming & CAD/CAM: Read technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files. Write and edit multi-axis (2D/3D) programs for Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC controls. [1, 2, 3]
- Machine Set-Up: Prepare equipment by loading raw materials and selecting the correct cutting tools, tool inserts, collets, and tool holders. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Testing & Prove-Out: Execute test runs, perform initial part measurements, and make offset and geometry adjustments to ensure the machine produces parts exactly to specifications.
- Operation & Monitoring: Supervise the turn-mill process, controlling rotational speeds, tool feeds, and milling axes. Adjust parameters dynamically to prevent malfunctions, part rejections, and excessive tool wear.
- Quality Assurance:



Inspect finished components against required tolerances using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers). [1, 2]
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning, lubricating, monitoring coolant levels). Troubleshoot mechanical or programming errors to limit downtime. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Safety & Documentation: Maintain a clean workspace, complete production logs, and strictly adhere to all health and safety protocols

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
